The last destinations of the group were the Bura Soda Water Park, Sto. Niño Cold Spring, where we took our lunch, and the Ardent Hot Spring. The road leading to Bura Soda Water Park climbs up in the foothills of Mount Hibok-Hibok. It's all concrete with 3 short stretches of dirt/gravel road. The Bura Soda Swimming Pool lays in a beautiful park between green hills. In the background Mount Hibok-Hibok dominates the skyline. Some said that swimming in the Bura Soda Pool is likened to a swim in a tub full of champagne wine, even better and healthier, but costs about 100,000 times less. The volcanic springs of Bura fill two pools with fresh, clear soda water. The surrounding park is beautiful and very clean.

Our next stop is the Sto. Niño Cold Spring where we took our lunch. It is a water park for the whole family. Located in Catarman, it has 2 pools, one for the kids and another for adults. The big one is 2 meters deep of refreshing 20 °C cold spring water sprouting from the sandy bottom. The area has a restaurant with lots of local food to offer. Nice place to hangout and has native cottages, picnic huts, cookout facilities and restrooms for visitors. There are lots of souvenir shops outside Santo Niño Cold Spring. They also have lots of food and local delicacies.

Our next and last destination for the day is the Ardent Hot Spring.
It is a government-owned recreational and leisure facility run by the municipal government of Mambajao since 1999. The Provincial Government and the Department of Tourism envision the resort as a health spa complex where physical fitness and other health care management services will be offered to clients in the future. It is one of the main attractions of Camiguin. It is situated 6 kilometers southwest of Mambajao specifically in Esperanza Tagdo, Mambajao. This is also considered as the most popular hot spring in the island. The best time for swimming is early in the morning and late afternoon, exactly our scheduled time here. Because of the hot temperature of its pool, the suggested length of bathing should not be more than 20 minutes. Dipping in its hot waters is a best treatment for any therapeutic ailments since the water contains sulphur which is said to be a medicinal element that may cure some ailments. Some says it alleviates joint and muscle pains and keeps the blood circulation. Try dipping into the pool and take in the serenity of your surroundings. Be rejuvenated in both mind and body. Feel the peace and the wonders of this healing water. Swimmers are encouraged to wear the proper swimming attire.

| It is a natural pool of about 39 °C coming from the bowels of Mt. Hibok-Hibok. It is said that, it used to be a four-tiered pool of varying depth and warmth with the hottest one located on the top. But because of the increasing number of tourist, they added two smaller pools. Also, because of the recent earthquake that struck the island, the hot water coming from Mt. Hibok-Hibok has moved to a different location. The management had to change the route and the pool with the hottest temperature now located in the bottom part. |

We were booked to stay for the night at Paras Beach Resort. Situated at the edge of the island, Paras Beach is just a short ride from the capital town of Mambajao.
