Still at the second day of our trip to Camiguin Island.... Our first stop is at J & A Fishpen to have our breakfast. It is a large fish pen near Benoni port where you can fish and select fresh sea foods and have it cooked in their restaurant. After taking our meal, we then proceeded to the first tourist spot we visited, the Katibawasan Falls. Take a look of the following pix ....

this is the tour guide we've hired holding placard written on it the name of our Committee Chair for Assessment ...
In here, customers can watch and even catch the seafood and fishes that they are about to eat.
The Katibawasan Falls. 5 km southeast of Mambajao at the foot of Mt. Timpoong.
It is an ideal place to cool off during hot and humid days. Katibawasan Falls is one of the treasured gifts nature has bestowed on the island of Camiguin.
Waterfalls which measure about 250 feet high cascades to a rock pool surrounded by ground orchids, wild ferns, trees and boulders. |
