The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) co-chaired the Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC), a project monitoring arm of the Regional Development Council (RDC). I was tasked to represent the Office on the 2nd half of the 2nd Quarter Project Monitoring Activity of RPMC to North Cotabato Province and Kidapawan City on May 30 to June 3, 2011.
On the first day of the monitoring week, the group checked the: 1)Matingao Bridge at Kidapawan City, 2) Road Upgrading along Kidapawan-Magpet-Pangao-an Road, Magpet, Cotabato, 3) Road Upgrading along Magpet-Nowa-Doroluman-Greenfield Road, Magpet, Cotabato, 4) Malaang Bridge, Makilala, Cotabato, and 5) Asphalt Overlay of Makilala-Allah Valley Road.
Before going to the project sites, we went to the Office of the Provincial Governor as well as North Cotabato First District Engineering Office (Cot. 1st DEO) both at Kidapawan City for courtesy and briefing. After the Matingao Bridge at Kidapawan City, we proceeded to the Municipality of Magpet to check the Road Upgrading along Kidapawan-Magpet-Pangao-an Road.

The group then leave Magpet and proceeded to Makilala to inspect the Malaang Bridge.
